KYDS Disclaimer:
The KYDS(Know Your Direct Seller) verification process for NDS (direct seller) applications is conducted through a third-party service provider authorised by the Company. While the third party ensures compliance with applicable standards for document verification, the Company retains the right to audit and review KYDS documents independently at any time.
If any KYDS documents are found invalid, forged, or otherwise non-compliant during such audits, the Company reserves the right to require the concerned NDS(direct seller) to undergo a re-KYDS process. Failure to complete the re-KYDS within the stipulated time may result in suspension or termination of the direct seller's account.
By proceeding with the application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that maintaining valid and updated KYDS documents is your responsibility as a direct seller.
