This application represents the contractual offer of the undersigned individual(s) or legal entity (through its authorized representative(s)), as applicable, to enter into this Direct Seller Enrolment Agreement along with the Policy Document with Nexus Sanghi Private Limited (“the company”) available at the Direct Seller Enrolment Agreement and the Policy Documents . The Applicant affirms that the Applicant is legally eligible to conduct business in India and are not subject to any legal restrictions preventing their appointment as the Direct Seller of the Company. By submission of this application, you confirm that you have received clear and accurate information about the Company’s direct selling model, including free registration, the compensation structure, Direct Seller Enrolment Agreement, Policy Document refund and return policies, and associated rights and responsibilities of the Company.

You acknowledge that this application, and any resulting membership of the Company upon its acceptance by the Company, will be governed by the Direct Seller Enrolment Agreement along with the Policy Document, Compensation Plan and other policies notified to you from time to time. You submit this application voluntarily and of your own accord. You hereby certify that you are legally competent to do business in India and not bound by any legal or contractual prohibition regarding your appointment as a direct seller.
